How to book an aircraft?

After you send us your request for the offer in order to make a reservation, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your request and will inform you of the availability of the aircraft and the flight time and the cost. After selecting the aircraft, you inform us that you want the reservation to be made on the specific aircraft. However, please note that this does not mean that your booking has been accepted. Our acceptance of your booking will be made when is paid or deposited advance in accordance with the agreement.

We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that your booking has been confirmed (Booking Confirmation). The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Booking Confirmation. Payment in full is required at this point or deposit according to the agreement.

If I arrive at the airport with another flight how do I get on your plane?

What payment methods exist in your company?

Payment is made in full prior to flight either with debit or credit card or via wire transfer. If the customer wishes to pay by bank transfer the flight will be performed and will be sent official confirmation, only where the amount of money has been identified in the company's bank account and the customer has accepted the terms and conditions of Rotors Air Business.

What if the prepaid flight are cancelled?

If the cancellation of the flight is notified 72 hours before the agreed date and time, 30% of the total amount will be withheld.

If the cancellation of the flight is notified within 48 hours before the agreed date and time, 50% of the total amount will be withheld.

If the cancellation of the flight is notified within 24 hours before the agreed date and time, 100% of the total amount will be withheld.

However, if you do not cancel your reservation in accordance with Clause 8.1.1 and do not appear at the departure point of the aircraft, no refund will be given and 100% of the agreed amount will be charged.

If the flight has not been fully repaid before its commencement, it will be suspended or permanently rejected.

In case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions, the charterer will be refunded the full amount of the agreed flight if the flight cannot be performed at another agreed day and time.

However, when we cancel your booking because we have been affected by an event beyond our control, you will receive the return 100% of the price.
