- Pets are allowed only if pre-approved.

Baggage allowance depends on the type of aircraft. For each flight, you will be informed in advance of the maximum weight and number of bags allowed. Special baggage or equipment must be declared when booking.

In case of a delay or change in the flight schedule, ROTORS will notify you immediately. If the new time is not convenient, we can offer an alternative departure time or a full refund, depending on availability and your booking terms.

Upon arrival at the airport or heliport, our team will welcome you. If time allows and you wish, we can escort you to the VIP lounge and offer you coffee.

Once everything is ready for departure, we will guide you through passenger check-in. If departing from an airport, you will then be transferred by limo or mini bus to the aircraft, where the pilot and crew will meet you and provide a briefing before your flight.

What should I consider when choosing a charter company for my flight?

ROTORS operates flights strictly in compliance with EASA regulations, partnering only with certified operators holding an active Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and full operational responsibility for the aircraft.

Before selecting a charter company, make sure that:

1. The flight is conducted by an EASA AOC-certified operator
2. There is full transparency regarding the operator and aircraft management
3. The company provides official and verifiable information, including:

- Business registration number (GEMI)
- Tax information
- Physical office address
- Landline contact number

The absence of an AOC or official company details, as well as communication solely via mobile phone and generic email (e.g., Gmail), does not comply with EASA safety and legal standards and is a clear sign that the company is not suitable for charter flights.

How do I book an aircraft?

1. Send us your request for a quote.
2. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your request, including information on aircraft availability and pricing.
3. Choose the aircraft you want and let us know you wish to proceed with the booking.
4. The booking is only confirmed once full payment is made or a deposit is received, according to the agreed terms.
5. After payment or deposit, you will receive a Booking Confirmation email, at which point the contract is considered finalized.

If I arrive at the airport on another flight, how do I board your aircraft?
As long as you have provided us with your flight number, our team will meet you along with your luggage. You will then be transferred by limo or mini bus directly to the aircraft you have booked.

How can I get to the airport or heliport?

If you have chartered an aircraft with ROTORS, we can pick you up from your hotel, home, or business.

Our driver, whose details will be provided to you in advance, will ensure a safe and comfortable transfer.
