After you send us your request for the offer in order to make a reservation, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your request and will inform you of the availability of the aircraft and the flight time and the cost. After selecting the aircraft, you inform us that you want the reservation to be made on the specific aircraft. However, please note that this does not mean that your booking has been accepted. Our acceptance of your booking will be made when is paid or deposited advance in accordance with the agreement.
We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that your booking has been confirmed (Booking Confirmation). The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Booking Confirmation. Payment in full is required at this point or deposit according to the agreement.
Once you have informed us of your flight number, our partners will pick you up with your luggage and by limo or minibus, they will transport you to the location of the aircraft you have booked.

Payment is made in full prior to flight either with debit or credit card or via wire transfer. If the customer wishes to pay by bank transfer the flight will be performed and will be sent official confirmation, only where the amount of money has been identified in the company’s bank account and the customer has accepted the terms and conditions of Rotors Air Business.
